What is a credit?
Every time you interact with the AI advisor — asking questions, analysing strategy, getting feedback — it uses credits. One conversation typically uses 10–30 credits depending on complexity.
What happens if I run out?
You can buy extra credit packs anytime. You set a monthly cap on extra spending so there are never surprises on your bill.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits reset each month. This keeps pricing simple and predictable for everyone.
Team and Business plans pool credits?
Yes. Your credit allowance is based on your number of users, but the whole team draws from one shared pool. If some people use more AI than others, it balances out.
What about the free trial?
Every plan starts with 3 months free on the Team tier — up to 20 users, full features. You also get a lifetime cap of 15,000 credits to use during the trial. Whichever runs out first. No credit card required to start.
